hg99 — About Us

Bangladesh's Trusted Online Casino and Betting Platform

hg99 is built for players in Bangladesh — a premium gaming experience that is secure, fast, and fully operated in Bengali.

Our Story

hg99 was founded with a simple but important goal — to create a platform for the millions of online gaming enthusiasts in Bangladesh where they can play in their own language, with familiar payment methods, and in a completely safe environment. We believe every Bangladeshi player deserves access to a world-class gaming experience.

Our platform is built on a mobile-first philosophy. The majority of internet users in Bangladesh access the web through smartphones — hg99 was designed with that reality in mind. Fast loading on small screens, easy navigation, and an intuitive interface are what set us apart.

For payments, we support the methods most familiar to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. You can start with a deposit of as little as ৳200, and winnings can be withdrawn in as little as 10 to 45 minutes. The security of your money is our highest priority.

The variety of games at hg99 is something we take pride in. From cricket betting to slots, live casino, Dragon Tiger, and Bingo — everything is available under one roof. Our partnerships with the world's leading game providers, including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe, keep our content fresh and exciting at all times.

Our customer support team speaks entirely in Bengali and is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day via live chat. Our goal is to provide fast and effective solutions to any problem or question you may have.

hg99 is not just a gaming platform — it is a community. Our VIP program, weekly cashback offers, and special promo bonuses are our way of showing appreciation to our loyal players. We believe that building long-term relationships means respecting and rewarding our players.
